Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

Each arrangement is made for its recipient and occasion. Designer’s Choice designs begin at $75. Please allow at least 48 business hours; special flower or color requests require one week’s notice and a $100 minimum.

Local delivery is $10 in Ormond Beach and Holly Hill, $12.50 in Daytona Beach, and $15 in Daytona Beach Shores and Port Orange. Contact us about other areas. Delivery and installation for weddings and events are outlined in your proposal.

We make every effort to accommodate requested delivery times. Weather, traffic or venue access may require adjustments; we will communicate any changes promptly.

Seasonal availability may require flower substitutions. We use blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette and design intent.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of our work, returns are generally not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs whenever possible. Our team will carefully review the concern and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If an arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement, correction, or other suitable solution at our discretion.
